1. General Provisions
1. These terms define the rules for concluding and fulfilling sales agreements and the provision of services electronically via the online store redmeadowclub.com.
2. The online store (hereinafter: the "Store") is available to all users at https://redmeadowclub.com.
3. The owner of the Store (hereinafter: the "Seller") is: SOFTDEV JACEK ZIELINSKI, ul. Promienista 28, 95-070 Rąbień, Poland, NIP: 7322214822, VAT ID: PL7322214822.

5. Agreements are concluded with the Seller through the Store.
6. The Store sells women's and men's clothing as well as accessories.
7. The Store enables:
a) browsing Products,
b) placing orders,
c) using a mobile version.
8. A "Consumer" is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
9. Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Using the Store does not involve any fees for the User.
2. Orders
1. Orders can be placed by natural persons, legal persons, and organizational units without legal personality, which have legal capacity under applicable law.
2. Orders can be placed using the order form on the Store’s website without the need to create an account.
3. Accepting the Terms and Conditions is a necessary condition for placing an order.
4. To process an order, the following data is required:
a) full name or company name,
b) shipping address,
c) email address,
d) phone number,
e) product name and quantity,
f) VAT number (for companies),
g) chosen delivery method,
h) chosen payment method.
5. The order process concludes when the User clicks the "place order" button, confirming correct completion of the form and acceptance of the obligation to pay, including delivery costs.
6. In case of errors in the order form, the Buyer may correct or cancel the order by phone or email, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
7. After placing the order, the Buyer will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
8. A sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order fulfillment.
9. The Seller reserves the right to verify the order details if there are doubts about their accuracy and may temporarily suspend processing until clarified.
10. If the ordered Products are unavailable, the Seller will inform the Buyer and propose a refund or alternative fulfillment date.
11. If the Buyer selects the appropriate option, a VAT invoice will be sent by email or included in the package.
12. The Buyer may optionally add comments to the order.
13. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
14. If a Product is out of stock, the Seller reserves the right to refund the payment for the unavailable part of the order.
3. Prices and Payments
1. All Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are added and presented to the Buyer before the final order confirmation.
2. Available payment methods:
a) Bank transfer
b) PayPal
c) Payment cards (Visa/Mastercard)
3. Online payment services are provided by Paypal Polska sp. z o.o.
4. Payment must be made within 3 business days of placing the order.
5. A receipt or, on request, a VAT invoice will be issued for each completed order.
6. The Seller may modify product prices and delivery costs, especially in the event of changes by shipping partners. These changes do not affect already accepted orders.
4. Delivery
1. Products are delivered within Poland and EU countries. Delivery outside the EU is possible after prior arrangements with the Seller.
2. Orders are shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation. For products marked "preorder", the delivery time may extend to 20 business days and is stated in the product description.
3. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. In Poland, deliveries are handled by InPost courier service or parcel lockers. For international orders, other courier services may be used.
5. International delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination country.
6. Delivery costs are calculated and shown to the Buyer during the ordering process.
5. Exchange
1. The Buyer may exchange the purchased Product for another size or model within 14 days of receipt.
2. The Buyer bears the cost of shipping the Product back to the Seller.
3. The returned Product must be unused and in a resalable condition.
4. The shipment must include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the completed exchange form provided in the package.

6. The exchange will be processed promptly after receiving the return, no later than 14 days.
7. If the requested Product is unavailable, the Seller will contact the Buyer to arrange further steps.
8. Returns with incorrect phone numbers may not be accepted – please ensure accurate address details.
6. Return
1. Under Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Sending the withdrawal form before the deadline is sufficient. The form should be included with the returned Product and sent to:

2. The returned Product must include proof of purchase – receipt or invoice.
3. The Product must be unused and in original condition.
4. The Consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs and risk.
5. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear are not eligible for return or exchange.
6. The Seller will refund the full amount, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item and form. The refund will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. As per Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made Products.
8. Returns sent with an incorrect phone number may not be accepted.
7. Complaints
1. The Seller ensures that Products are free from defects.
2. Products can be reported for complaint within 2 years of receipt in case of:
- physical defects,
- incomplete delivery,
- inconsistency with the description.
Products with manufacturing defects that do not meet expectations may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the Seller’s discretion.
Complaints do not apply to Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, improper washing, or aging.
3. A measurement tolerance of up to 3 cm is acceptable and does not constitute grounds for complaint.
4. If a defective Product is received, the Buyer may request its repair or replacement.
5. Complaints do not require a specific form but must include:
a) Buyer’s identification details,
b) Product name,
c) Description of the defect.

7. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
8. The Seller will make every effort to resolve complaints promptly.
9. Additional documents or information may be requested to clarify the situation.
10. The Buyer will be informed about the outcome – acceptance or rejection of the complaint, including justification in the case of rejection.
8. Newsletter
1. These Terms govern the electronic newsletter service provided by SOFTDEV JACEK ZIELINSKI.
2. Before subscribing, Users must read the Terms and the Privacy Policy. Subscribing implies full and unconditional acceptance.
3. Subscribing to the newsletter is equivalent to accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy.
4. As per Article 8(3) of the Electronic Services Act, these Terms define:
a) types and scope of electronic services,
b) terms of service,
c) rules for contract conclusion and termination,
d) complaint procedures.
5. To receive the newsletter, Users must have:
a) an internet-enabled device,
b) an active email address,
c) an up-to-date web browser.
6. The newsletter service is free and indefinite. Either party may cancel at any time.
7. To unsubscribe, Users can re-enter their email in the subscription field on redmeadowclub.com and click the unsubscribe link.
9. Final Provisions
1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.
2. Orders placed before the changes will be processed according to the previous version.
3. Disputes with consumers will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
4. Disputes with non-consumer clients will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Store’s registered office.
5. These Terms are available in the Store’s footer.
